Bob Morris (CEO)
30 years’ experience in the design and construction of sophisticated landscape gardens that include hard landscape, structural items and planting schemes. Bob has direct and sub-contract labour management experience, as well as managing material and specialist services suppliers for the design and specification of custom-made elements in steel, timber and stone. Bob also has experience of designing and specifying engineering solutions for four-wheel drive power trains for scale model racing cars, successfully developing a relationship with Davall gears to become the only recommended tuning upgrade provider to Schumacher Racing Products Ltd, and a supplier of parts to international racing teams involving the manufacture of parts in aircraft grade aluminium, case-hardened steel, carbon fibre, kevlar and various nylon-derivatives, such as glass filled nylon and Delrin
Don Walter PE, MSc & CEng (Design Engineer)
50+ years’ experience in all aspects of shipbuilding, conversion and repair, from concept design to final delivery and beyond, involving a wide variety of naval combatants, naval non-combatants and commercial vessels. Experience ranges from performing hands-on design, engineering activities and materials acquisition, to the overall management of major ship design and construction projects and programs. Don’s specialties are consultancy, departmental management, project management, naval architecture, ship structures, outfitting, ship propulsion, proposal preparation and presentation for major new build and conversions and project engineering.
Catherine Gillam (Finance Director)
Over 30 years’ experience as a financial accountant and oil broker. As a financial accountant, Ms. Gillam has a wide range of experience including project accountant for a design and marketing company, financial accountant for J. Rothschilds private investment company, company accountant and Director of an oil broking company, with responsibilities ranging from the preparation of financial accounts for audit to company secretarial duties. As an oil broker, Catherine specialised in light end and mogas components, as well as the design of a bespoke oil refinery "swap", a forward hedging structure to protect the refinery from movements in currency and individual oil product price fluctuations.
